who i am
Hi, I’m Taylor. I am a UESCA Certified Running Coach and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who believes that running is about more than miles - it’s about reclaiming your confidence, strength, and joy. My coaching blends proven training science with mindset tools from my mental health background, so you get support for both your body and your mind. I meet runners where they are, whether you’re lacing up for your very first 5K or preparing to conquer the trails for an ultra.
My own running journey started simply - as a way to stay active. Over time, it became something much bigger: a way to set bold goals and prove to myself that I could achieve them. To celebrate turning 30, I ran my first 50K - 30(ish) miles for 30 years - and along the way I’ve experienced most distances leading up to it. Running has bene one of the most important tools in supporting my mental health and has given me a deep sense of purpose as I’ve worked toward my goals. I’ve struggled with the mental side of running myself, and I know just how tough that part can be. That’s why I’m passionate about helping other runners not only train their bodies but also strengthen their mindset to carry them through the hardest miles.
