One on One run Coaching
I offer individualized run coaching with integrated mindset support through TeamRunRun for $100/month. This includes customized training plans, ongoing communication, and mental skills support to help you navigate motivation, confident, and the mental challenges that come with running.
All one-on-one coaching is managed through TeamRunRun to ensure the best experiences for athletes. All athletes will have access to Final Surge.
